Thanks to Steven Hoober for his article discussing a UX task that I use at the onset and throughout the course of a project – no matter the scope: Task Flows. With the all the devices out there (drum roll….Apple Watch 4.24.15), the focus seems to be shifting more to the UI and the concern, “how it will look on a screen.” The industry is being asked to solve for more screens and often forgoing the key groundwork in order to meet deadlines.
Big takeaway: stay focused on solving for the user, then for the screen size or device.
